Mcdonald's - Bel Air

The staff was exceptionally friendly, but the quarter pounder was dry, the fries were soggy, and the coke had a strange aftertaste. I won't be returning.

The staff at this restaurant were still accommodating even though they were close to closing time. They made sure my order was complete and all the food was hot and fresh.

Violation of the health code. this morning I went to the mcdonalds, as the journey thru line was far too long. my usual mobile app. during the waiting I saw the women make my food, wearing only one glove. with her other hand, without gloves, she literally took a whole piece of cheese and half a mcmuffin with her naked hand. in maryland there is a directive for food handlers to prevent bare hand contacts and covid. the Maryland withdrawal of the health also requires gloves or a kind of tongs while bypassing with food. they didn't use pliers. I would recommend not to eat here unless they want their food not to be treated in a healthy and clean environment. I tormented that.

Just another incompetent excuse for a sad place to get food. Mcdonalds as a whole is trash and needs to fix something because I am tired of writing 1 star reviews. This location specifically can not handle the 2 lane drive-through and tried to give me cold food once I returned with the wrong bag of food (I already corrected their confusion about my place in line once and still had the wrong bag). How much of my time and gas do I have to lose before I learn not to eat at these disgusting places? Employees may be hard to find but training your current ones properly may be a good start.

Long line, but didn't take too long to get through it. Food was fresh and hot. Cashier was super friendly.
