Mcdonald's - Bel Air

Very clean McDonalds....i ordered on the screens inside, and i do not understand why they say they will bring the food to your table when they do not....and then when i pu my food tray at least have the staff say good morning or hello , they were not rude just did not say anything.

Do not recommend going here. All workers are ignorant and disrespectful. They were not nice and loud when i was trying to enjoy my meal. These 2 guys were standing looking outside of the window in the seating area looking outside and starting to bang on the window. The people I was with all looked at them as they were disturbing us as we were eating our meal. The 2 guys turn around ask what are you looking at, we are dumb as f ck and bored. We turn around and continue our meal. They eventually walk by us and say shut up you ugly a helmet kid. There was no need for them to say that, we didn 't do anything to them and they were being disrespectful stay away from that McDonald 's.

On Friday December 1, 2023 was the fastest service experienced through the drive-thru for breakfast. There were a lot of cars and I was expecting to be sitting in my car for a bit. The line moved so quickly that it took them less than 5 minutes. Great job for the morning crew.

I was here because I had my granddaughter. it was clean, and the girl at the counter was nice, but didn't know much about the menu. I feel like the prices were high, but I guess everything is expensive now. I wouldn't come back.

It's okay i mean it depends on which McDonald's some will serve you soggy cold food others will get you order wrong then there are some that are just perfect hope this could help
