They are not generous with toppings. When the restaurant is busy, the staff can become overwhelmed and chaotic, leading to confusion and disorganization. They also lack knowledge of the difference between vinaigrette and Parmesan vinaigrette. Additionally, if they make errors with an order, they are not willing to fix them.
When the restaurant advertises that they close at 9, they should actually close at 9, not at 8:20 with patrons still seated and chatting leisurely.
I usually have a good experience with my food when the woman prepares it at this restaurant, but this time a man made my order and it wasn't as good. The bread was cold and there was an excessive amount of mayo and lettuce on it, overpowering the flavors. My sandwich had mostly just meat in the middle and half of it was all bread.
Service was great sub was made perfect but the one thing that I was so disappointed in was the roll was not fresh. I thought they made they sub rolls daily . What's up with that Subway?
My wrapper that the sub comes in had what looked like dried up blood all over it so gross an when I open the sub up it was all mayo an lettuce an literally no meat
