Not helpful at all, like sorry you guys changed the rules and they made us feel bad because we didn't know it wasn't self serve anymore, which really ruin the experience too. The flavors choices were not there and the flavor you did choose was not up to par at all. Left there extremely disappointed and just threw it away.
$15 for frozen yogurt? Do they realize they have competition right down the road that is $6? Don't waste your time.
I just want to mention that Marina (I hope I spelled her name correctly) truly enhances this location. My son and I absolutely love Sweet Frog, and I couldn't help but notice how welcoming, kind, and sweet she is to every customer who walks in. She went above and beyond what anyone could expect. As for the frozen yogurt (and shake—thank you, Marina), it was fantastic as always!
The young lady who was working was incredibly patient, kind, and friendly! Since it was our first visit, she took the time to help us without any rush. Her courtesy was greatly appreciated. I will definitely return to this Sweet Frog when she's on shift. Thank you!
I don't see the appeal of this place since it's not self-service. It's not enjoyable to have to explain every little detail of what you want without getting to do it yourself. I've been to two other Sweet Frogs, and they both offered self-service. Additionally, I wish they had outdoor seating; the indoor seating arrangement feels a bit awkward and cluttered.
