The Greene Turtle - Bel Air

This was my first visit to this location, and I found the restaurant to be quite pleasant. The spacious pool rooms and large dining area created a nice atmosphere. The food was excellent; we tried a mix of dishes, including chili, burgers, and a chicken wrap. However, the service was a letdown. Although our server was polite, he was quite slow and forgetful. We had to remind him several times for items we needed, and it often took a while for us to receive them.

I just want to say upfront that this is by far the BEST Green Turtle I've ever visited, and it's all thanks to the bartender, Panda (also known as Ricky). He truly knows how to create an amazing experience. Because of him, I will always choose this location. He served everything our party ordered perfectly, and not a single drink was poorly made. He is incredibly knowledgeable and has a talent for making a fun moment even more enjoyable. This guy deserves a raise! I highly recommend anyone looking for a great time and fantastic drinks to seek him out here!

The service was outstanding! I hosted a baby shower for a group of 60-70 people, and the staff was fantastic. My server, Panda, was particularly impressive; he took his time and was incredibly patient with everyone, more so than I would expect from a server. Panda maintained a cheerful demeanor throughout the event and stayed professional while being quick to respond to everyone’s needs without us having to search for him. I highly recommend this place for hosting events, and I definitely recommend Panda as a server!

I've consistently had great experiences here, with delicious food every time. The restaurant is quite spacious, and if you're a fan of pool, they have plenty of tables available. I've never encountered any issues with the staff or the service. I really enjoy it and highly recommend it.

I visited this restaurant for the first time with my kids, and I was really impressed. The server was friendly, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the entire place was. I will definitely return, as they truly take pride in maintaining cleanliness.
