My children and I found ourselves in belchertown late at night searching for a place to eat. It just so happened that this here mcdonald’s was the only place still open. As we ventured our way to the drive through and only ordered a few items, the man speaking to us suddenly called us “obese piggy’s” and asked if we were gonna “order the whole menu fatty boombaladdy” i was astonished and felt as if i shouldn’t have to pay for our food. That was when we go to the window and the man ripped my card out of my hand and demanded i paid for it. As my children are now crying in the back seat. Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. I would give zero stars if i could. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Terrible service. Be prepared to wait. Drive-thru wait is long, even when there is no other cars. Always asked to pull forward (so they can shorten the drive-thru timers). Skip this place. Terrible service even for a McDonald’s, staff can’t figure out mobile orders. Arrived five minutes after placing order—claimed they made it and pulled it—took twenty minutes for them to remake it go to Krispies instead.
