Turkish Delight - BELCONNEN

Other reviewers have already captured it well. The food was delicious, albeit slightly on the expensive side, but everything was fresh with generous portion sizes. We opted for the mixed entree and mixed grill to share, which was just the right amount of food for the two of us. The service was a bit slow, especially considering the restaurant was not very crowded, and there were empty tables around us that had not been cleared. However, this did not detract from our overall experience. It may be beneficial for the restaurant to hire an additional wait staff member to improve efficiency.

Recently I tried some delicacies at Tukish Delight restaurant based in Belconnen. My fav dish was Gourmet Chicken Pide, which is served along with roasted chicken pieces with mushroom chargrilled egg plant roasted pepper and cheese

The food was both plentiful and delicious, though the price per person was a bit on the high side at $35. However, there was enough leftover for us to take home for tomorrow's lunch. The only drawbacks of the evening were that, as we were the last customers in the restaurant, the staff began mopping the floor before we had finished. Unfortunately, my brother slipped and injured his back, though the staff were apologetic. Additionally, there was a strong smell of smoke that filled the restaurant, which was quite off-putting. Despite these incidents, it was still an enjoyable evening overall. I would consider returning, especially to experience the belly dancing performances that I have heard take place on Saturday evenings.

Enjoyed a tasty meal for two and will go back. We arrived later than expected from a movie and the kitchen was preparing the last few desserts as we walked in. Despite this they were happy to serve us and at no point did we feel rushed. After a brief glance at the menu, we ordered the Patates Kõftesi, Manti and Güveç. We throughly enjoyed all three and the private dining experience.

Fantastic food! Head down on a Saturday night and you will get a belly dancing show to watch during your meal!!
