Sandra's New Mexican - Belen

This restaurant was fantastic! They offered a wide variety of dishes, and the food was delicious. I ordered the huevos rancheros, two sopapillas, and a side of cookies and gravy. Plus, they give you complimentary chips and salsa when you arrive. All of this was around ten dollars, which I think is an incredible deal. I highly recommend checking this place out!

This is a fantastic family-run restaurant. The food was delicious and prepared just as requested. They also served great coffee. The service was outstanding. It's a wonderful spot for a meal!

It was absolutely fantastic! I loved the biscuits and gravy topped with a sunny side up egg. The coffee and red chile were also delicious and served hot. Make sure to visit Sandra's for a wonderful meal; you won't be disappointed!

Excellent people and food. We had menudo and a sausage breakfast burrito and both were super yummy! There was a wait but you know you will get exactly what you ordered. I recommend this place.
