Bistro - Belfast

All went out of that to make it a pleasant stay. eating was always excellent and areas that could be taken away from others. if you wanted. the bar area is a fantastic place to be when it is busy and I agree with other comments that make the decor really the place .. very hard to believe it is not a higher rated hotel. so much to see locally with a bit of planning, they can scratch a lot in a weekend. a word thank you

Much better than not so good. 1. the hotel is beautiful, beautiful decor beautiful staff and eating was perfect 2. it is a great location, not far from the city center, about £15 in a taxi. 3. the new rooms are beautiful, comfortable with beautiful beds and decoration. and a beautiful size tw. 4. iron and iron board in the room. 5. exceptionally clean from the rooms, to the corridors, the reception and the dining area. 6. the staff was so nice and friendly 7. the manager in the night we stay, seemed to have a great rapport with her staff and nothing was too much annoyed. denk paula was her name. 8. Breakfast was fresh and not greasy. on the not so good side. 1. At check-in, they ask me to write down my full bank details of number, name and security code as it was hotel policy. I ask what happens to the time after I checked out and they said it was shredded. I was a little strange. 2. they took the full payment from our account this day at the arrival. 3. if there is a event in or party on and you are a early to bed person. think again. it is worth asking if there is something on the day of your stay. as they don't get into bed before 12:30. all in all. a pretty good place to stay if the good points cross all boxes and they can get ready with the not so good points.

Eating was excellent. gigantic portions when that's your ding. the waitress was beautiful and very attentive. the waiting period lasted longer than it should have been, and I felt that it was a troubler for the waiters to bring the drinks. this was a small problem, so I would definitely recommend to try it.

The bracken room (short note) for my sisters 40th, staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. the staff was friendly and attentive, nothing was too much troubled. eating was excellent . nice room well furnished. definitely recommend if I give more than 5 stars.

As a Belfast resident I've not stayed in this hotel. But it is conveniently located close to Belfast City centre. It is on a direct bus route so you needn't take your car. While this is a 3 star hotel I would rate the food higher hence my 4 star rating. My wife and I often enjoy a meal there and are never disappointed.
