Horatio Todd's Bar Restaurant - Belfast

A real pleasure to discover on Sunday afternoon. The menu choices are not huge 4 starters/4 mains/4 deserts, with all nets vegan, but they are excellent! We all wanted them all! Our best vegan food in Belfast so far will definitely be back.

This place has a separate vegetarian/vegan menu that you need to ask. I had the sweet corn-chowder then salted Chili Tofu for main. Both of you! My Bf (a meat eater) even chose the vegan chicken (tofu) Fajitas for his head he said was delicious and filled him. They even have 2 essential vegan options for deserts. Would definitely recommend this place- great to see a local place like this offer as many vegan options

As part of a 40 large group of people. It seemed only 1 starter and 1 main for vegetarians, and the starter halloumi was not vegan. I can somehow understand for mass catering, but if this is the usual offer, it's extremely lazy. The main course was a chickpea curry, which was probably vegan, served with rice and pickled onions. Hiumi came with peach slices and a small salad. Everything was pretty good, not amazing. It took a long time to serve, but nothing messed up. Horatio's is basically a bar with a middle class and middle age clientele. Bar offers the usual clamp from Diageo-Brauen on Hahn. When I was there, the place was lined, and although they took up the floor space and made it harder to hear people sitting right next to you when the volume was already high, a MOR rock band began. Can't see the point personally. One must also say that the security manlet was extremely sharp at the point of carelessness for my friends who had taken drinks from the front literally had 2 levels above the threshold. No one is annoying so that it is not necessary. Not a bad place, but not somewhere where I'm going again, food is nice, but not my scene.

Excellent venue, quality food, very honest price, very pleasant British music and pleasant staff. Highly recommended.
