I placed an online order for takeout and successfully completed the payment. However, when I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my food, I was shocked to learn that takeout services were no longer available. Despite showing the staff my payment confirmation and the online order process on my phone, they refused to give me the food I had paid for. They rudely suggested I come back the next morning to speak with the manager. The staff's attitude was hostile and the restaurant environment was unclean, adding to my distress. I have yet to receive a refund for my order. This situation is unacceptable. The lack of professionalism and respect from the staff is appalling. I demand an immediate refund and a formal apology for the poor service. This matter must be resolved promptly. Failure to do so will force me to escalate the issue and consider legal action. Do not go to this restaurant! Read other reviews before going! It is very bad!

I would not recommend ordering online from this restaurant. My order was accepted, my account was charged, but the restaurant was closed and I never received my order. I'm not sure if this was an issue with Deliveroo or the restaurant, but my money was taken and I didn't get my food.

The food at this restaurant is exceptionally delicious! We ordered a doner box and a chicken box, and both dishes were absolutely amazing. The staff is very friendly and provides fast service. The food is flavorful and delectable, and I enjoyed it immensely. Both the doner and chicken boxes were delicious. The staff is friendly, nice, and quick.

If there was less than one star, I would have definitely done so. I will not return. It is an uncomfortable place, the service is not friendly at all, and the price does not match the quality, as the taste is unacceptable. I do not advise anyone to come to this place.

I have tried the chicken shawarma it was really tasty and delicious and it has a sufficient amount of chicken the amount of garlic sauce and fries in the sandwich were also balanced. I will visit this again and again for the delicious chicken shawarma. Order chicken shawarma with garlic sauce,fries (inside the sandwich),pickles and enjoy. The sandwich is big and enough for 2 persons Price 5 pounds
