Kfc - Belfast

Kfc finaghy must be there with the worst in belfast. from bad personal to lack of cleanliness straight through to lack of quality

I've been here before, but that's bad. commanded powerful eimer for a plus koleslaw. they had no college. pepsi was only 2/3. two piece of huh was a hit stick and a minute of upper leg. the two filets looked up and not fresh. the two hot wings must have been out of a sperling and looked terrible. chips very average. kfc worst meal I've ever had. can never go back.

I usually give to the workers the advantage of the doubt, but this time was shockingly passing through. I stopped talking and couldn't be understood. two people were totally stupid. I simply order a fillet salad box and kansas bbq bisse. At some point I went to the luke and they were still mixed. I was overloading. they have finally copied to me, ordered a one-piece filet salad box with free drink, no reisbox. and Bbq bite box. They tried to load more than the menu outside specified. I finally paid her in total frustration. to the meal. the bbq bits were the size of their popcorns only with 4 pieces. at 1.99 the salatbox I opened was covered in a disgusting dressur that was not shown on board and was not ordered. huh cold, poor, terrible meal and not worth the six pounds plus calculated. a kebab or fish would weigh and fill you far. the personal is not usual, filipinos really stupid. terrible experience.

I admit, sometimes there can be problems, but from and to great it is okay. first, it can be much quieter than other so fast service. I was driving this time. I ordered a two-part original meal and a ice cream with a diet before I drove the narrow space to the service lamp. the filipino personal was extra friendly and asked me if I wanted something for my dog. I said maybe a chicken pop maid and they gave me a big box. my ice was filled in a large soaked saucer to the edge. the two pieces and chips were small and not exactly warm. I had to throw away most of my ice cream, because I just had too much. so fair game for the friendly staff and for kfc it is ok.

A nightmare encounter. The worst KFC I’ve ever visited. Me and the fellas landed into KFCs drive thru quite late in the day. It had been a busy day and all we wanted was to get our fried chicken fix, did we get this?! NO!!...Firstly the intercom was broken, it seemed to only work one way and I was unable to communicate from my side. Initially the member of staff asked what our order was, after four failed attempts the staff member sighed and shouted “Listen mate! Just tell me what you want!” This was rude and hugely annoying, I beeped my horn to display my annoyance but not in an aggressive way and the intercom lad again sighed and said “Stop beeping and pull round! It’s not hard” I pulled the motor round to the window and the lad again asked for the order in an uncaring and rude tone. I asked to speak to a manager and his question was “why”. Long story short we parked up and the manager came to the car. She was hostile and defended her staff. She stated we had one minute to order or she’d call the Police! All four of us were stunned! We ordered. After 15 mins ,way too long for “fast food”, the food came. The chips were cold and stale, the chicken was burnt. As a joke I said to the manger who delivered it to us “Is it even bird!” She clearly didn’t get the joke and spun round and swore at us! She completely lost the head and we nearly called the cops. Thank goodness no kids were about! This was the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life and I urge you all to avoid!
