Kfc - Belfast

I recently had a dry and small fillet burger that had no flavor, accompanied by some limp, cold chips that were also flavorless. The piece of chicken and corn was okay. It was definitely not worth the 8 pounds I spent. I would recommend getting Chinese food instead.

I purchased a chicken fillet meal. When I got home and opened it there was no napkins, no salt, a poor chicken burger which was cold. This establishment is going from bad to worse.

Called In got volcanic beans and a warm boneless chicken meal kfc you can do better if I had more time rather than leaving the province I would have spoken with you head office sorted the issue thanks

My wife ordered a variety bucket for our family from KFC, which on the menu includes chips. However, when ordering through the app, the chips are listed as an optional extra. Unfortunately, no chips were delivered with our order. When we contacted the restaurant about the issue, they were not interested in addressing it and instead blamed Just Eat. Just Eat, in turn, blamed KFC head office. Both parties acknowledged that this was a recurring problem, but neither was willing to provide proper customer service. My wife found the manager to be quite rude. If this was your own store, would you accept this level of service for your customers? This was the first time my wife has ever complained to a restaurant.

We came around lunchtime and it was pretty busy. Nevertheless the staff was fast and efficient and we thoroughly enjoyed our bucket of crispy chicken.
