Salt Bistro - Belfast

Visited on 17th august 2018. great fresh food we order steak and cadjau! great service and atmosphere! it was our first night in belfast, and the owner was a pleasure and fun to chat with. he gave us a fantastic advice to visit places!

I like that it has a more open, less cluttered, interior than the other restaurants in the square, and things like the soft seats in the windows and the lights throughout. The food has been good the two times I've been. Drink selection was decent as well (local beers available). Enjoyed it both times and hope to be again in future

I was at Salt yesterday for a work Christmas lunch and I would highly recommend it. This was my 3rd year in a row going there. Absolutely fantastic. Lovely food, great service. All 40 of us raved about it. Looking forward to going back there again next year. And you are only a 2 minute walk from all the bars in the Cathedral Quarter. Give it a try!

Good food (really enjoyed the hake... and I don't normally eat fish), good service and good atmosphere/music. Price was reasonable, especially given city centre location. First time to Belfast so not best placed to compare to local competition, but would happily recommend.
