The Bellevue Arms - Belfast

I cannot understand how this place has SO many poor reviews. We stopped in for some Sunday Lunch today and we LOVED it. The staff were so friendly and attentive to us. We both had roast beef with all the trimmings, mouth watering to say the least. Really really beautiful. Then the pavlova and fudge cake...again mouth watering. We would 100% return. Credits to all the staff who made the place so appealing.

Lovely food, really nice lady served us, accommodating as my flight was slightly delayed and it was no problem to move the time back 30 mins. Clean toilet (Ladies). My only criticism would be that it needs a good paint job outside as it needs a more inviting colour. Very old fashioned blue.

This restaurant was a disappointment. The food was terrible - so bad that my wife and daughter couldn't even finish their meals. When we complained to the waiter, they showed no interest in addressing the issue. Even when we brought it up again at the time of paying, there was still no response. To top it off, we were charged full price for our meal. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Went for a family meal with visitors from England. They were impressed with the bar downstairs and loved the view from the restaurant. Orders were taken quickly and the starters arrived promptly.The main meals took a wee bit longer but you expect that in a busy restaurant.Our visitors really enjoyed their food and said they would definitely come back. This has long been our go to place for a meal and once again it didn't disappoint. Compliments to the chef and the serving staff.

Went here as suggested by my friend n must say the portions were very big, I ordered the fajitas n there was plenty n very tasty, the prices for the lovely location was very good too
