Dunkin' - Belfast

We used to frequent this restaurant, but we no longer do so. We experienced several incorrect orders and encountered some unfriendly behavior from the employees, who seemed very overwhelmed. However, we decided to give it another chance, but the last visit was the final straw. The young man taking our order at the drive-thru was inexplicably angry and rude, almost aggressive, while we were simply placing a simple Dunkin Donuts order. It was one of the most bizarre behaviors that I have ever witnessed, and we will not be returning again.

The service was slow and they forgot one of my items. The food I did receive was average. I would not recommend ordering the greasy, soggy hash browns.

Upon entering, you will need to download the app and place your order in the lobby as they do not take orders in person.
