I had the Tofu-Breek and my mom had the spinach-filled crêpe. The Burek come with soy yogurt if you want, I took it and was not disappointed because the Burek was a little too dry without it, but together it was very delicious and also fill! We ordered it to go and went to a bank near Tašmajdan Park because it is sunny outside of the previous review updated on 2022-02-18
It’s a tough time rather to be opening a business, especially a food business. But given how good their tofu Burek pastry is Vegebar should survive. They also do pitta, mushroom and also spinach ones. They were a tad oily but then again most of them are! They also do some good sugar free cakes, hooray! How great it is in a country with a difficult to learn language and a dominant death culture when it comes to food to find an all vegan food outlet, even one with relatively few options. But here,s the joy of where a Vegebar is based. This fancy indoor food market now has three all vegan food stands and a health food shop! I,ll be back to try more soon. Came back in October 2021, had the burger and ćevapčići both very good. Small snacks I wouldn,t call them a full meal but very nice though some might find cevapcici (which is traditionally minced meAt sausages) a touch salty but that’s how it usually is! If you ever try the Lidl vegan version of them you need a loaf of bread or a bag of plain chips to soak up the salt! But I digress. I look forward to come no back to Vegebar again and seeing what new other vegan offerings they come up with hopefully something new in the dessert department! So far I tried šiš ćevap and a slice of a carob cake. Cake was yummy, not too sweet, one slice will satisfy you. And the šiš was delicious. Perfectly spiced, goes with a sauce (tartar idk maybe) and vegetables. Btw their menu is special, first time seeing vegan šiš. 10/10 would recommend
I love the sis cevap! I had also the fried pancake with mushrooms, the fried pancake with spinach and a chia-chocolate-banana pudding. Great stuff and I would recommend this spot to everyone. It's worth it! Price: Sis cevap 420dr, pancake 140dr... In my opinion pretty cheap. Opening hours: 10am to 6pm. Location: The spot on the map seems to be the right spot in this food/shopping hall.
