Kfc - Bell Gardens

The chicken was super raw, it was not cooked well wuakala

What's the point of drive thru if they force you to park in front of their business only to make the customer wait 10 min for an order that they bring to your car wrong and messy. They have a drive thru timer and they manipulate it by doing this. Management really needs to get on their staff for this. Might be acceptable if it was busy but to be the only other car ordering. And still make us wait is ridiculous. Zero stars for this business.

Do not eat here !! Customer service is so bad asked for mashed potatoes no gravy and of course they put gravy They gave me no fork idk what I'm supposed to eat my Mac and cheese and my liquidy ass mashed potatoes with Rude as well, no napkins or sauces available

I dined in. The service was good, the food was bad this time. The dining room was dirty.

I bought the family meal chicken strips were dried up and hard to chew. They gave me my order as soon as I payed did not have to wait but the chicken strips must have been sitting out for a while my stomach started hurting mind you it was a family meal so my daughter and nephews all started feeling sick after trying to eat one strip each we couldn’t finish the rest the mac and cheese smelled and taste weird too it was disgusting and I called and apparently no manager or supervisor was around that could help me so yeah the meal was a waste of money that only got us sick and I’ve heard bad reviews of this kfc still decided to give it a try but it’s wrong to have food out for that long and still serve it to customers they need to observe that and be mindful of customers you can get someone really sick we had upset stomachs.
