Mai Chinese Food Trailer (food Truck)

This is a fantastic restaurant! I've been dining here for a long time and have never been let down. The staff is very friendly, and the service is quite speedy.

The food is outstanding and clearly surpasses the other Chinese restaurant options in BV. I’m not sure about their typical busyness or cooking methods, but the food does take a bit longer to prepare than you might anticipate, so just keep that in mind.

The food was good, but the wait was quite long. Fortunately, they provided a seating area for guests to wait comfortably. The portion sizes were satisfactory.

I ordered food for my employees and they messed it up completely. They called them back and they could not refund or cancel the transaction. You said I could get my money back the next business day. Go to get my money and get only one fifth of the total. Taking into account the fact that they have completely grounded my order, they remained firm to give only a fraction of the total amount. Zero customer service.

The food here is usually pretty good. I usually get the pad thai while my husband gets different things. We can usually get by getting two meals and sharing some of each with our child. Unfortunately, neither the quality nor the quantity is consistent each time. However, it's never been bad! As a side note, the pad thai has more of an oily sauce, not a creamy peanut sauce. I don't mind, but just a heads up to others who may be looking for that classic creamy peanut sauce.
