Papa Mike's - Bella Vista

Kind of a greasy spoon diner trying to class itself up to something it's not. We had two orders of pancakes with bacon and two with sausage. Ordered the bacon extra crispy and it was undercooked, not crispy at all. The pancakes were nothing to write home about. While I understand everyone deals with staffing issues and other problems these days they could benefit from better table service instead of the order at a window when you walk in method of doing things. It's kind of an awkward set up that I heard several other people complain about while we were there.

Had a late breakfast with the family. Service was quick after we ordered our food at the window. We sat inside the dining room. Food was good basic American breakfast food.

We had Mr. Mike do our Thanksgiving Dinner for us. It was absolutely wonderful and so much food. Quite the treat for me to have someone else do dinner. Thank you ,Thank you, Thank you. Can't wait till I'm back in Bella Vista to come in.

Taking the 5 Stars back. Hadn't been in 4-5 years. Loved the food. Problem is the staff. The girl who took my order was terrible. Though I haven't been back since, I've been told nothing has changed. Everyone's rude, and service continues to decline. Hate to see it happen to a nice place. There is a common theme on the bad reviews: the Employees and their lack of engagement. Fix. The. Problem.

Mike catered the burgers and hotdogs for our July birthday party for my family, about 20 people. The burgers were a hit and everyone really like them. I had two of them 2 days later and they still tasted great.
