Mckels - Bella Vista

Only to give a second star, as the young girl at the theke was so nice to me and her service was great, only one daunt that the manager/owner (I think) was so rude to other employees. When I waited for my coffee, I could see that the man/owner was extremely frustrated/angry on a coworker (in preparation and order or something) and they were visually annoyed and distorted. I also work in a caffeine and no employee should feel terrified/incarcerated because of their boss, it was just so annoying to see me as an artist. I write this in the hope that the owner will see this to fix her disgusting behavior, as no one should work in such an environment.

This looks a very popular caffe that offers an excellent breakfast and fast friendly service. will be coming back.

We enjoyed delicious hot cappuccinos and hot chocolate, as well as a mixed berry muffin and fruit bread. The staff was very friendly.

I had a great breakfast and chai and enjoyed it so much I came back the following day and had the same. The caffe is bright and bright and they feel like outside, even when they sit inside. the breakfast menu is...delicious the eggs were perfect. the personal is friendly and accommodating, especially with my special chai tea request. the tables are well punched and qrcode for COVID-Safe check-in.

Came to this cafe for breakfast with a group of 10 as it was a local from our Gym. We turned up and had to sort a table by ourselves. We eventually were given a table which was reserved, however the table was reserved for...more than 1.5hrs in advanced of when we arrived. We needed to go inside and get our own menu from the table because we were not greeted at all by anyone or given a menu at all. Upon ordering, the owner of the business yelled and abused one of my friends and told her that you bring all your gym people and don 't reserve a table which left her embarrassed at best. Considering it is a cafe and not a fancy restaurant at all, no reservation is really required for a coffee surely..it took about 35 minutes for anything to arrive to our table and then the owner herself came again and yelled at our whole table in front of everyone saying we didn 't reserve this table and we need to practically leave because the other group had turned up. Instead of the owner advising the other group it would be a 10 minute wait as we were just finishing up ourselves. We were then forced to scoff down our remaining food as we were starred down by the owner to leave. I 'm not sure why she is open as it seems she doesn 't want people sitting at her empty tables and paying customers. Not to mention how expensive the food and coffee is considering other cafes who provide a great service and want to actually have paying customers. We were so embarrassed we apologised to the other group upon leaving and let them know we were sorry for taking the table, but the owners attitude is why we will go to another local after gym next Sunday! If I could rate this 0 stars I would but unfortunately 1 star is the lowest so that will have to do. Does not deserve 0 stars even, minus 0 wouldn 't be enough either. Fair to say anyone from our gym and all their friends and family will not be going back.
