Pink's Pizza - Bellaire

I really love Pink's Pizza, but the service at this location is terrible. I was put on hold for 6 minutes and no one got back to me—it was absolutely ridiculous. This has happened multiple times. When I called Fuzzy's, there were no issues; I was able to place my order right away without any problems. Until things improve at Pink's, I won't be returning.

I had a disappointing experience with the pizza and wings I ordered. The pizza was cold and soggy, and the wings were carelessly placed in a spot where people wipe their feet. When I called to address the issue, I was informed that they used a third-party delivery service, which they claimed relieved them of any responsibility. It was frustrating to see them completely disregard their accountability for the poor quality of food and service. I would recommend not spending your money at a restaurant that doesn’t take pride in what they offer.

Great staff, every time I come in I see Brandon working hard, always killing it.. unfortunately I can't say the same for the general manager. I've seen her leave in the middle of a rush and leave them struggling. I've been coming to this location foryears and I've seen managers come and go. Honestly I've never seen someone more dependable than Brandon. Food is great and likeI said staff is amazing but I have to give a 3 starsfor how the management runs this location.

I had a fantastic first impromptu date at this restaurant! The guy took me there on a last-minute, unplanned outing, and the food was excellent. The pizza boxes were so creatively designed that I even kept the top of mine—so funny! I can't wait to go back, fingers crossed. Now I just need to find another guy to take me out for dinner—just kidding! Any volunteers?
