We were here at our visit to Quebec City for one night. The experience was excellent. There was a waitress who speaks English and the food was excellent! Their poutins and burgers were excellent (do not order alcohol because I am still a minor).

Horrible service by the waitress, barely came by to check on the table and never brought water when asked twice. Food was basic to say the least for the price. I would just go there for a beer, don't waste your time with anything else. Plenty of other great food options on the strip with way better service.

I love the beer at 3 beers everywhere. But this place has some great options, much better than the Toronto location. Try the Brezel you won't be disappointed!
