Chicken Time Cuban - Belleview

Me? Puerto Rican and very picky with our kitchen. This place is amazing. Just like what Mama does. Chef Oscar won prizes and now I know why. Waldina is so friendly and welcoming. Completely order the bandeja jibara platter. The Alcapurria, arroz con gabdules and pastel were so delicious. I'll dream about it. The mouse was just so good. I brought back so many memories.

Every time we are near Belleview, we always end up at Chicken Time Cuban because it is consistently delicious and affordable. Today was no different. My wife tried the Chicken Caribe, a grilled marinated chicken breast with grilled onions, and she absolutely loved it. I opted for the Puerco Asado, thinly sliced roast pork with onions and mojito sauce, and I also thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was excellent as always. We will definitely be returning.

My husband and I absolutely loved this restaurant! After reading the reviews, we can confirm that the delicious authentic Cuban food here is amazing. We decided to try the Hot Pressed Pan Con Biftec Deluxe sandwich, and it was delicious – the beef was tender and flavorful, with onions, cheese, and perfectly roasted. The Beef Empandilla and Tostones appetizers were also amazing. We had never tried Cuban cuisine before, so we looked up some articles before going, and we are so glad we did. We love finding hidden gems like this restaurant when we travel, and we will definitely be back to try more dishes before we leave. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience!

So good! By far the best Cuban food we had. We had the ham croquettes with diving (fit safe and get the bathroom! My wife had the croquet sandwich and I had the Puerto Rican Tripta, and of course my wife had the Café con leche. This is the perfect Puerto Rican, Cuban combo. Staff is just a man and a woman, but they treat everything so well. Try it, you will not be disappointed!
