Pizza Hut - Belleview

Good but they discriminate a little by not understanding you ?

I order a box on 4/8/2024 (Pepperoni Pizza w/Cheese Bread and Cinnamon Sticks, 2 Liter Orange Soda and a shacker with Red Pepper). The box came missing the icing for the Cinnamon Sticks and Sauce for the bread sticks. Plus I ended up getting regular Bread instead of the cheese bread. And Grated Cheese instead of Red Pepper flakes. I called and they apologized and said they would send the stuff I was missing with the next driver. NEVER SHOWED UP! Tried calling twice today to speak with a manager was transfer and hung up on twice! The worst customer service, I ever had! I took pictures and when I have time! I will stop in and speak to the manager face to face! I didn’t even want to put 1 star but, wouldn’t let me post with out!

Haven't been to this location in while I stopped in today for lunch with my son. It looks like it had a total makeover. What a difference looks much cleaner. We ordered the hot honey pepperoni pizza, and it was very good.There's definitely Has Been A change. At This location Will be returning, Pizza HutPlease keep the hot honey pizza on the menu.

We ate at the buffet we were very pleased the buffet is offered daily. There was not a lot of variety of pizzas, but what they had was good. They kept buffet full but no salad bar.

We happened to stop Herr for lunch and the front worker while very sweet was not the image most people would expect as their hostess/ waitress.First we were informed we could not order a pizza as it was buffet only for lunch.Then after ordering drinks I was informed there was no sweetner available for the unsweetened tea being diabetic this was a most unfavorable option.Then we saw the pathetic selection on the buffet and should have left then and there but we thought it might get better.....it didn'tThen I asked for a salt shaker as the food was bland and found out there were no salt and pepper shakers no Parmesan cheese and no pepper flakes.All I can say if this is Pizza Huts standard for lunch buffet I expect them to be filing chapter 13 any day now.Avoid this chain at all costs it's clearly going down the tubesAlso tried to contact the corporate office to let them know how disappointing the experience was but they clearly don't care as the make it damn near impossible to file a complaint.
