One evening I got the freshest, hot and very neatly prepared chalupas and taco, but the next time I went there and got the same items but not freshly made and not even one napkin in the sack. Consistent, quality, clean and fresh is the goal.
5/11/2022 went there this morning for breakfast. I went through the drive-thru I was greeted, I said I needed a few minutes to order. The comment that was made back to me from the gentleman that was taking my order was well I can only give you 30 seconds . So without me knowing what I really wanted to order, I ordered a number seven and I asked for beef instead of chicken which I've had several times before from another Taco Bell. Then another female quickly came on the Mic to say oh we can't substitute. I then told her I've had it this way several times ,what has changed in the last few weeks? She then went on to say they just don't do that . I just backed out the line and left to go to the Taco Bell in silver spring shores. With no surprise I was able to be treated with respect and I got my number seven with beef with no problem ,nor was I given a time limit to order. Take note Belleview from silver spring shores customer services ,because you definitely can use it. I will not be back to the Taco Bell in Belleview.
We were attended to very quickly by Kenny! He was a sweetheart and treated us as if we were friends! Made our day and was quick and accurate with our order! My favorite Taco Bell by far (Kenny is GREAT)
These people went above and beyond to fix a small mistake on a drive-thru order. I don't think there is a fast food chain out there with faster service and friendlier staff. Theses people deserve that $15/hr+ by far. It starts with great management and trickles down to even better employees. Bravo!
