I recently visited a fun and clean restaurant and had the best BBQ sandwich of my life. Despite living in North Carolina for 40 years and eating BBQ regularly, I was blown away by how delicious, tender, and moist the meat was. The bread was incredibly fresh and the plate came with pickled onions, shoestring onion straws, and pickles to customize my sandwich to my liking. My wife ordered burnt ends and sliced brisket, which were different from what we're used to - likely a regional difference. The burnt ends still had gelatinous fat on them, which we found undercooked compared to our expectations in the South where the fat is charred for burnt ends. The sliced brisket was good, but not outstanding, with more gristle than we prefer. Despite these differences, we gave the restaurant 5 stars for their truly fantastic BBQ sandwich. We also tried their sugared bacon upon request, and it was delicious. I highly recommend stopping by for a BBQ sandwich today.

The name of the restaurant speaks for itself - it is a fantastic BBQ spot. I take good food and customer service seriously, and this place did not disappoint. I had the brisket and kielbasa sausage platter with potato salad and baked beans, and it was cooked to perfection with a Texas style. The sides were delicious and flavorful, showing the quality of the food. This was my first time visiting while traveling, and I was impressed. Keep up the great work!

I had a great experience at this restaurant! I ordered the brisket plate and it was delicious and full of flavor. The baked beans were sweeter than usual, which I enjoyed. The mac and cheese was also very tasty. The food was served promptly and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

Wow this place was amazing!!! I went up there and said I’ve never been here and they were like I got it and to have a seat. What came out was amazing. Probably the best bbq I have had in a very long time. Highly recommend this place! They know what they’re doing. They also have some big cookies that were delicious too!

This place is pretty small. When I was there there was no waitress, you went up to the front counter to order and to pay. However, it was well worth it for the food. It was excellent and fast
