When we pulled into the parking lot we weren’t sure if they were open since very few cars were in the parking lot. They were extremely slow on a Sunday afternoon when other places are normally busy. We were greeted right away and the service was fine. Items on the menu sounded awesome, but unfortunately the quality of food was disappointing. The quesadilla wasn’t grilled and chicken parm sandwich was boring. I wish the food was better. Focus on the food and you’ll start filing seats again.
Very acceptable food, decent wait staff, and probably not the upbeat sports bar it aspires to be. Perhaps on a game day or after 8pm?
Ordered pickup. I would have given it a two stars so to the friendly ladies at the front but everything else was so bad it can't be highe than a one star reasons are as followed. 1) Forgot to put cheese on a cheeseburger, dumped toppings I asked to not have on fries and burger. 2) Asked if I wanted to replace my fries with Mac and cheese instead of getting as an addition I said sure, proceeded to charge me four dollars for the macaroni despite being told it was a replacement. 3) A quesadilla similar quality to Taco Bell I was charged eleven dollars for. 4) Prompted me to tip on a pickup order, despite calling ahead to make sure my order was ready I am now late to my next stop writing this waiting for my food. 5) for a burger meal(no drink) and a chicken and cheese quesadilla ended up costing me over 40$ walking out the door. Some egregious business practices, and manipulation of their menu prices on their website left my order costing me double what it should have. I just moved here for my business, the rest of my food is getting cold in my vehicle, I'm late for an appointment, and I have been given a lot of reasons to not come back to this place and very few reasons to try it again.
Better than average, but nothing to set it apart. Good food and nice staff.
Don’t fall for the hype. Service was slow despite the restaurant being empty. After a while of waiting, we had to ask the waitress to bring us water since it wasn’t offered upon the initial seating. We started off with mozzarella sticks for our appetizers which turned out cold, lacked flavor or taste, and had a powdery film beneath the fried layer. The waitress offered to replace our appetizers, so we substituted for wings. Again, after a while of waiting, as assumed she forgot to put the order in when the waitress returned with our entree before the appetizer, so at this point we canceled our appetizer after she stated the wings still weren’t ready. My partner ordered the lemon linguine which tasted like overcooked noodles (they literally mushed together) soaked in flavorless pasta water. I ordered the rooster burger which was a basic cheeseburger, charred, mediocre at best. The best part about the experience was the fries. As sad as it sounds, a chicken sandwich from McDonald’s would’ve been better than this right-daft.
