Denny's - Belleville

I visited the restaurant on January 7th around 12:15 with a friend. We were seated in the back of the restaurant. Unfortunately, when our food arrived, both dishes were undercooked and had to be sent back to the kitchen. At $3.59 per cup, the profit margin the restaurant makes on just one cup of tea is excessive. As we were trying to enjoy our meal, the waitress brought out a vacuum cleaner and began cleaning right next to our table, making it impossible for us to hear each other talk. The noise from the vacuum was very disruptive. Considering the amount of money we spent on our meals, I expected better service and a more peaceful atmosphere. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

As city dwellers, we often rely on recommendations from waitstaff when dining out. On this occasion, not only did they suggest some great spots to visit, but also spoke to the manager who personally came over to recommend other places we might like. The customer service was exceptional, receiving a perfect 10/10 rating for their friendliness and attentiveness.

The 15% discount for seniors on Thursday, July 22, 2021 was not honored at this restaurant. Both my companion and I are seniors, and when I inquired with the host and waitress, they both stated that such a discount was not offered at this establishment, despite my mention of seeing it online. Both individuals treated me as if I was being dishonest or confused. However, the food quality and service were excellent. My companion and I felt let down and have lost our trust in Denny's Belleville to provide accurate information about promotions. We are disappointed and feel betrayed by this experience.

We were at a weekend and wanted to eat something casual with good food. Dennys never disappointed us. I love her omelette, delicious. my husband enjoyed a chicken. we had a nice chocolate cake for dessert. the staff was very friendly. we asked ours. server to recommend for other restaurants. she was very helpful and we took her advice. I would highly recommend this Denny’s, eating was great and cheap.

I Usually have the 55+ omelette. They never butter my toast, yes there is some but really? Could you put some effort into it please! The food here is fast and fills your hunger at anytime. Convenient, and quick.
