Contribuisci feedbackI asked for coffee for an evening meal I had, and they mentioned, let us know on the afternoon of the meeting and we will be sure that some will come up. they were good to their word and made us a coffee for our coffee so that I could sleep in this night. eating is always excellent and they are great followers of community events. I've eaten here many times and love eating.
Not here! the only thing worse than eating her horrible is her terrible customer service! I have never written a bad review in my life, but this experience has made me warn others. the food: I ordered a pasta order for my personal team, which was 12 pasta orders. we picked it up and set ourselves to eat and it was absolutely disgusting! the meatballs were ours who got chickens, said it was fancy/scored funky and the lasagna had no bark, only layers of ham/span. each meal was covered in a layer of baked cheese, which was thick and coarse. Typically we would make it and simply eat pasta, but even the pasta nudels tasted so strange, they were cooked and then maybe frozen? and the sosse was unusable. even the garlic bread was stale and big. my personal team travels with me and will literally eat everything, but all 12 pastas were really unpalatable and ended up in the garbage and some workers felt sick from the few bites they took. I felt terrible and had to finally get out and buy new food for the personal team. the service: I went back later to express my disappointment and see what could be done. first I stood at over 10 minutes before the front (in dirty heat of their restaurants), as they ignored me. Finally I asked if I would please talk to someone and a worker said “a minute”, but then go back to the burning pizza and get no one. a full 5-10 minutes later the other woman comes by and I say that eating was gone and nobody could eat it, it tasted so strange and that we were worried that it had expired. she said she never heard this complaining and she couldn't help. when we asked for a manager, she said that the manager wasn't there, then later she said that she was the manager, then later the manager was in the back, then she later said that he wasn't. What a mess! when I explained that I did not look for a full refund, but some simple type of discount (or even an apology for our bad experience.) it is good that I bump over $200 to the whole world to do everything to make it. I even explained that I had to buy a new dinner for my staff team, and she said there was nothing to do because they already gave us the food. I was denied the phone number of the manager or chef when I asked for his visit card. I really never had such bad customer service in my life and tried to make a blatant lack of the thing right. safety: apart from the inside surface, which is extremely hot and definitiw unsafe working conditions, I could also see that the kitchen was absolutely filthy from top to bottom and that the staff had their kotmas on the kinn all the time, not over their mouth or nose, even if they cooked, cut pizzas and breathed over the eating and smoking each other. what? when I gave up and the restaurant left so badly. that's all it is.
I decided. try to make it with “fool proof” to play safely. bruschetta, wings and mozzarella sticks. the bruschetta was Texas toast with a few tomats and a chewing strip of speck above. not necessarily a bruschetta more garlic bread with tomato. the wings came on them without sauce and the mozza sticks were cold. so, even the stupid proverbs courts really came short. avoid them!
I ordered the delivery and they didn't send some of the orders, then were rude when I wanted to report the mistakes. fortunately, eating was good as soon as we got everything. has the world forgotten the customer service?
Coviv-19 guidelines are being ignored at this place. Silverware is on the table when you come in. Tables are jammed together. Food was OK and i was the only one there mid-afternoon.I doubt tables are disinfected between diners. Be careful.
