Great bun. big pieces, very juicy. service can be slow. pet peave, do they want another soße, they still calculate 35 cent, really? other almost food sites do not calculate. I find it a money, plus you can't go far enough. I didn't think the layout is good, most tables are affected by the cold air that rushes through the doors. does not make good eating experience.

Was told they needed 15 min to cook more chicken and they asked us to pull ahead. After waiting patiently for 45 min, finally went in to see what was up with our food. They were running around like crazy and basically ignored my wife. When she finally got someone's attention, they brushed her off, turned to each other and spoke something other than English. When she demanded our food or a refund, they very rudely told her she already got her food, they give it to her in the red car. We were driving a white car! After she once again demanded our food or a refund, they finally gave us our food!Needless to say, we won't be going to Popeye's ever again.

Pulled into drive thru around 9pm, left drive thru at 9:27pm. Not because of a line. I was the only one there. Because she took my order, in between talking with the other workers. They didn’t have the side I wanted, not a huge deal, I ordered fries instead. Asked for an extra biscuit. Pulled up to the window, paid for my order, and was THEN told it would be a 14min wait for chicken. Ok… would have been nice to know prior to paying but I’ll wait. I waited. I waited 14 minutes, still no meal. I waited until 9:27 for my meal. A 3pc platter with fries and Mac n cheese, and an extra biscuit. I received no fries. I got a side of gravy and Mac n cheese. I got no extra biscuit. And I am frankly beyond annoyed with the service provided this evening by your employees.

My expectations were a little high for this place, the first thing I tried was the deep fried shrimp and was disapointed, too much breading, but I usually get deep fried shrimp from Captain Georges and it is pretty hard to top thier shrimp. I did recently discover they have a good chicken sandwich, similar to the Mary Browns chicken sandwitch from the 80s

Waited at the drive through intercom for 10mins before someone came on to take our order of two 5pc chicken tender combos...the dude then asks how many pieces we wanted
