Upon entering, I requested a table for one and was met with a snarky comment about looking at the menu before sitting down. Despite there being several empty tables available, she insinuated that I should leave when it got busy. In my 17 years of experience in the service industry, I have never encountered someone so unwilling and rude. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment. I reluctantly ordered a glass of wine and a meal, leaving a tip despite never doing so before. The waitress needs to find a new job as her attitude is not suited for this industry. I will not be returning to Solo and cannot recommend it to others.
We had a delicious Lobster dinner on a Friday night! However, when I brought my whole family next time, the experience was terrible - three out of five of us got sick. We never returned to that restaurant.
The food at this restaurant is very repetitive and they really need to update their sides, desserts, and vegetables. For instance, the butter chicken was overwhelmingly filled with vegetables. It seemed like they were just using leftovers and throwing them in. The desserts never change and are dull and dry. However, the service here is always good. I recommend ordering your steaks medium or higher, as I prefer mine rare or blue and have gotten sick afterwards every time. The portion sizes have also increased significantly, with steaks and potatoes now overflowing the plate. Definitely not a pound as advertised, but much more.
My family loves the casino buffet the food is delicious and hot to you a great selection of food loves the salad bar always fresh and the dessert are delicious i like the ice station my husband loves the cake and cakes they... are huge
This is above aveage for a buffet. The salad and the main course are good but the desert menue is sparse.
