This location has taken a nose dive. Lack of knowledge of menu items. Overcharged mulitple times. No care given to presentation of food/drinks. Witnessed an employee changing garbages then proceed to jump on cash and make my coffee without washing his hands! Bacon is always raw! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went through the drive thru just before 6am this morning. I ordered a large steeped tea with 2 cream and 2 sweetener for my friend, and they put sugar not sweetener in her tea she is a diabetic. She had to give her self a shot. I am not impressed at all. Will not be going back. Dietary restrictions: Make sure you verbally confirm your order, even if it's right on the screen.
