I regularly spend at minimum $100 a week here. Whether grabbing burgers salads or baked potatoes. Today i went to grab a small ceasar Salad with no chicken for My child's lunch and was told no. Every other location has allowed me to do this. Will not return over 1 small salad an hour before serving time. I was the only customer there. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

So the one manager was helpfull but the first one i talked to was very uninformative and did not even try to help me understand the issue. So im traveling across canada and wendys has the most non customer friendly coupon and rewards system ive ever experienced. I dont get the coupons on the app which is ridiculous to start and rhen you have to recieve the coupons to use at the store in the mail . If I dont live here how come I cant use coupons or get them? Wendys must not value their customers. Sad world we live in when the tech that is supposed to make life easier is actually more complicated. Mcdonalds still had the best most customer friendly app, too bad im not a huge fan of McDonald's but i will learn to be i suppose
