Cinnabon - Bellevue

Incredible as always! The guy handed me one fresh out of the oven, glazed it perfectly, and I devoured it way too quickly... lol. Absolutely delicious!

In my opinion, the buns have changed over the past few years. There's something different about them; they don’t have the same texture I remember, even when heated. This location is nice, and the staff is friendly, but don’t expect any service that goes 'above and beyond.'

The staff was quite disrespectful. The guy working there yesterday, 10/11/22, clearly wasn’t happy in his job. When I approached the ordering counter, he remarked, “Oh god, another one?” to my face and seemed visibly disappointed that I was there. I’m not sure what his issue was.

The cinnamon rolls were excellent, but the service left something to be desired, as it primarily focuses on take-out.

I was really let down! This used to be an excellent Cinnabon location, but my experience last night was awful. The icing was very sparse, and the dough was overly greasy. We stood in line for 10 minutes, then waited another 8 minutes for freshly baked Cinnabons, and what we got was a letdown. It felt like a waste of both time and money!
