Din Tai Fung Dumpling House - Bellevue

I thoroughly enjoyed every dish I tried, especially their signature offerings: the steaming soup dumplings and the delectable beef noodles. I suggest ordering at least one of these to enhance your meal! Beyond the fantastic food, the staff at Din Tai Fung demonstrated impressive customer service even when challenges arose. For instance, when my order was incorrect, my waitress quickly brought me a new bowl of beef noodles within minutes and kindly informed me that it was complimentary. The employees genuinely cared for their customers, setting Din Tai Fung apart from most other Chinese restaurants. With its superb cuisine and outstanding service, Din Tai Fung possesses unique qualities that deserve recognition. As a hospitality student studying food and beverage at Cornell University, I feel well-equipped to say that Din Tai Fung offers a truly exceptional dining experience. For these reasons, I encourage everyone to give Din Tai Fung a try. You won't regret it!

The food was delightful! I ordered the Vegetarian Fried Noodles and a Strawberry Smoothie. Our waiter, Tommy, was very attentive and polite. Although we had to wait quite a while for a table on a busy Saturday night, it was definitely worth it in the end! I would give it a 10/10 and will certainly recommend it and come back again.

We had an excellent experience at the restaurant with outstanding service and delicious food. We shared ten dishes from their extensive menu, and we enjoyed every single one of them. My only minor complaint was the garlic bok choy, which was my least favorite. The shaved ice for dessert was a fantastic conclusion to our meal, and the small portion was more than sufficient for the three of us.

My daughter insisted that we go here for her birthday and we weren't disappointed! Arrived before 7pm, during Snowflake Lane, and was told it would be 25-30 minutes for a table for 6. They called me in 20 minutes and told me the table was ready, but I was still waiting on a couple family members to arrive. I was worried that waiting an extra 10 minutes would lose our place in line, but they immediately sat us when we were all there! The food was great from the beef soup, pork buns, green beans, fried rice, dumplings, everything! The only down side is that beer and wine is spendy!! Will go again for sure!

This is a must go to spot everytime we visit Seattle. Great that there are now 4 locations. Xiao long bao, spicy pork wontons and potstickers are a few of the crowd favorites.
