Dunkin' - Bellevue

This restaurant is always deserted, but my grandson and I waited nearly 40 minutes for a small order. There were only two staff members and us in the entire place. I wouldn't recommend eating here!

This restaurant has quite inconsistent service speed. The wait time can vary dramatically even on the same day of the week throughout the month. Sometimes I can drive straight through the drive-thru, while other times I find myself waiting over five minutes just to move up one car length. I'm not sure why some cars take longer than others. However, I've never encountered any issues, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful.

I'm not sure what happened to this place but it is so slow 15-20 minutes in line for nasty coffee. Half the staff don't know what their doing half the time.

The dunkin off of 11511 S. 36th street in Bellevue was terrible. They gave us the wrong dozen donuts. When I tried to call, a recording played and said the voice-mail was not set up .I had to call the Dunkin donut at 1720 Galvin Rd. South, Bellevue to help us. This is the slowest drive thru on the entire planet. Remember when Keeanu Reeves slowed down time in that one movie? I'm convinced that's what happened to this place. And God forbid they forget something and you go inside for a line that moves as slow as a downtown New York City DMV.I literally spent 45 minutes between waiting in the drive-thru line for them to mess up my order and waiting inside for them to heat up frozen stuffed bagel minis. With no less than 7 people working that day.Just remove the drive thru window and hire waiters waitresses because that's what you'll be doing here, waiting.
