Dwn Undr - Bellevue

The truffle burger was bland, tasting more like a cheap hamburger, though the fries were acceptable. The South Burger was also a letdown, but again, the fries redeemed it a bit. Service was poor; I waited an absurd 15 minutes at the bar just to settle my credit card bill after ordering only two hamburgers. This place definitely needs to be inspected by health authorities, and honestly, the adjoining hotel doesn’t look much better. I’d recommend staying away from this spot.

Service was slow and unknowledgeable. Food was terrible, Cook didn't have a clue sending out burned meatloaf and after sending back I get back the same plate with cold sides and a big chunk of meatloaf missing from the center. Manager Chris was excellent and immediately comped entire bill

Super fun place for the kids. The host was pleasant but the service was poor- there were only two floor staff that we noted, and we had to flag down someone anytime we needed something. The food was not great and was not worth the high price of our dinner.

We waited a long time for the server to take our order. I had to go find her and bring her back to our table, even though there were only a few customers in the restaurant at that time.

The menu appeared fantastic, but the food we tasted was rather lackluster.
