Hokkaido Ramen Santouka Bellevue

Q is hands down the best ramen in Seattle! I used to think my favorite was a spot in Northgate, but this ramen surpasses it completely. I highly recommend it to anyone craving incredibly delicious ramen!

One bowl of chashu ramen, and this place has earned its spot as the second-best I’ve had in the area. I love that you can choose the size of your bowl—small, regular, large, or even extra-large— with prices adjusting accordingly. The shoyu broth was fantastic. There is a particular black garlic ramen that it's competing with, but I have no doubt I’ll be returning to try more dishes!

This place is quite good—better than many spots in Japan! I would definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys noodles.

I've been here three times and the service continues to amaze me. Reasonable prices and the food is flavorful. Brought two of my friends here and changed their life! This is soon to be my go-to spot!
