It was great to see they had multiple vegan ramen choices. The seating was limited, but there was plenty of parking since it is located near the mall.
We went to this restaurant for dinner at around 7 pm. It has a cozy setup with only 7-8 tables. We were seated within 10 minutes. The restaurant is child-friendly as they provide high chairs and a special menu for kids. They even gave a lollipop and a free ice cream to my child. The vegan ramen that I ordered was delicious. The portion size was very generous, and I couldn't finish more than 60% of it.
I tried the new Tokyo Spice ramen at this restaurant, which features pork chashu, minced pork, and a poached egg (not marinated). I found it to be delicious, not too spicy, which I really enjoyed. The karaage was also tasty, served with vinegar instead of the more typical thousand island sauce, but I still liked it.
Ordered the tonkotsu black on a thursday evening, wasn?t too busy, nice interior. Hopefully will come back to try other things! Ramen was good, noodles were great as were the toppings, just one star off from the egg being cold on the inside (not like roomtemp but actually cold). Perfect jammy egg otherwise. Meat was room temp but that was fine. Service was good and super fast, Iate alone and was in and out.
We love this place! The ramen is amazing, always so fresh and flavorful, especially the original 2010. We are also obsessed with the crispy rice with spicy tuna, the Jinya bun, and the impossible tacos. Honestly I could eat here more than once a day and notget tired of it!
