Small inconvenience there was a hair in my sushi (mistakes happen all the time) but they took care of it amazingly and got me a new one. Okay pricing and overall delicious! Tempura California Roll $10.95
Giving mom-pop restaurants a low rating really pains me, but the truth must be shared for the good of those looking to read honest reviews before dishing out their hard earned money. I love a good bento/teriyaki so I thought I'd give Kobe a shot. I got the bento with salmon and my friend got their sashimi. Both dishes were below mediocre, unfortunately. As the user below me mentioned, some of the items absolutely tasted like they came from a frozen bag, namely the egg roll. I ordered a soda with my meal and even the ice tasted like old freezer. I barely ate 40% of my meal, and I honestly just wanted to get out of there. The establishment is a bit raggedy, the menu and seats were sticky, and it was just not a pleasant experience. I'm hoping their other menu items are decent so they can keep afloat in this economy, but I won't be back to try them :
This has got to be one of the most disappointing experience I ever had. Knowing this place is a fusion place I was very excited about trying both Japanese and Koreans dishes. However, nothing stood out. Everything was just average. I had the curry katsu and fried chicken for my entrees. The curry was warm, mediocre taste at best, and the katsu wasn't cooked at the right amount of crispness hence it was a little hard to chew. I feel like they just heat up the curry and dump it to the plate because curry didn't look like it was freshly made. The chicken on the other side was just sad, I feel like eating plastic. The best part of skin was not there and the sauce just a regular sweet and sour sauce you can find everywhere. My girlfriend had the vegetable tempura and the soft tofu soup. The tempura feels like refried from previous night because the texture was very thick and the vegetables were onions potatoes and pumpkin. At least should have oyster mushroom or pepper... the tofu soup on the other end just feel like people threw tofu paste plus the salad that they served you. Overall, this place feels like they want to save cost. This was a very disappointing experience, if you want customer to come back, actually put in the effort in the quality of food. No comment on the service, it felt fine
Little neat spot located under the courtyard hotel. Service was good. The fish was Walmart quality absolute shit. We got the rainbow roll sushi deluxe combo spicy tuna and a bento. Spicy tuna tasted good. Everything else where the fish wasnt masked by a sauce was embarrassing of them to serve. Ill never be back and ill make sure none of my friends ever come.
Fresh and delicious! I would love to order party tray again. All my friends enjoyed! Thank you!
