When Red Robin locations go, it's good. Clean and spacious, and when we were there, the restaurant was not too busy. Somehow the waiter hated us. The vague British waitress did everything she could show us how much contempt she had for us. Service was economical and drinks were empty. An application for cutlery to eat an appetizer was dropped with a tray of knives on our table with as little contact with us as possible. At least the food was standard Red Robin tariff. Three stars.

Customer service is exaggerated here. The lady at the reception welcomed us in a terrible attitude and asked how many people were in our party. We reacted with 4 people and without saying a single word, she went to a table. We followed her and thought the table was ready, but she suddenly turned around and told us we were? Back, and slapped us with her hands as if we were wild animals. After this shocking incident we tried to ask for a manager, but she refused to call them, ignore us as if we were not there and served other families. We had to call another employee to get the manager out. Staff here have no sense of respect or divinity for others. This experience was absolutely stunning and if you want to be treated like garbage, go to this restaurant. Otherwise, AVOID DIESER PLACE like the PLAGUE!

The first time here. I love my burger. Come tastes it has chlorine. The staff is a little too friendly for me because I'm a super-introvert. Don't you see how family restroom and a woman brought her boy to the lady? s room I find a little unpleasant because the boy really stares around.

This evening, we had a large party of 19 guests gathering for a 4 year old boy's birthday party. 8 out of the 19 guests were children ranking in ages from 6 years old down to two months. With this description of the guests one can imagine it was quite crazy. Why I am sending in this review is because we had the best waitress waiter that served us. Her name is Holly and she has a very unique style about her and extremely down to earth and engages with all her guests. She remembered every part of our order did not forget one thing. Even my four-year-old grandson birthday boy gave her a piece of his birthday cake and did without being coached to do so. I'm very hopeful that her manager and higher-ups will read this review and give Holly the accolades that she definitely deserves. I tipped her 40% on my bill because that's the best service I've ever received. THANK YOU SO MUCH HOLLY!!!
