Scooter's Coffee - Bellevue

The location is great, and the employees are wonderful, but the owners have been changing ingredients without any notice. The peanut butter blended drinks already vary by barista, but switching the peanut butter without letting customers know has left many of us frustrated, myself included. I specifically go to Scooters just for the peanut butter cup blender. When you think of a peanut butter cup, you naturally think of the popular Reese's cup, right? Recently, they changed the peanut butter to a natural variety, and now the drink tastes completely different. Since I make my own coffee at home, I don't order anything else on the menu, which means I have no reason to return to this establishment.

I pass by two other scooter places to get to this location because they are consistently quick and friendly, and their drinks are always spot on.

The customer service at this location is truly exceptional! From the warm welcome to the final goodbye, their priority is to ensure your complete satisfaction. Every employee should take pride in their work, as it’s evident that their leadership is doing everything right!

This is the best scooters in the metro. They are fast, they are efficient, they are very friendly and they actually get your order right and it tastes wonderful. They actually know what they?re doing when they make a Butterfinger espresso blender. Ithas the best flavor out of any of the scooters that I?ve ever gone to and I love my scooters. Make sure you go to the scootersif you want a wonderful tasting drink cold or hot but the girls and the staff that work there are very nice, respectful andefficient doing their job

Really fast service and the employees are amazing. My favorite place to go for a quick coffee or a breakfast sandwich before work.
