Starbucks - Bellevue

Typically a very quiet Starbucks to come to. A nice stop before doing some shopping at target or after shopping. I wish they could play music here, would help drown out all the conversations. Sometimes all you can here are people talking loudly. Other than that it's a comfy coffee shop to come to!

Was the first customer in with my mom. My mom ordered and iced tea and after she paid I ordered a salted caramel macchiato. The cashier/barista instead of making our orders waited for two people who had just walked in to order and continued taking 3 more orders before even starting our iced tea and coffee. I had ordered my coffee with almond milk because I gave a lactose issue and she made it with whole milk and I pointed it out right away. She then decided in her rush to not add any coffee. When I got my drink it was basically white. It took us 20 minutes to order and walk out of the store. Went in on 9-12-19 at 1:10pm.

So we needed a bathroom break because we were traveling through town. Wanted to get a drink we order our drinks and someone was behind us and said after our two orders she isn't taking anymore and it wasn't even closing time. My husband told me she said she was closing at 8 and leaving at 8. Sorry wake up for the real world when working you don't pick when to leave if you have a customer you serve them. Very disappointed in the service and the way she talks in front of customers.

What time does this location close at? Google says 9pm, but area was closed, lights off at 8:55pm on a Monday.

Service and coffee is always great, they're rarely super busy, and they're inside my favorite store. They don't offer online ordering/pickup, but honestly, is anyone going into Target and turning around right away with just a coffee? No.
