Totally underwhelmed by his Chicken Piccata. Pasta was ridiculously dried out. Hardly any sauce. And about as boring as that come.
The Chicken and Biscuits was very good, definitely a reorder sometime. Also the Chicken Chili, though I asked for no rice and it still had some on it...no big deal, as at least it was brown rice (lower glycemic index). The low carb cheesecake is Always awesome.
The Carne Asada entree is great, cooked just right to order (medium well for me, and it was), and the sauce that comes with it is perfect for the dish; plenty of sauteed peppers/onions too. I will definitely reorder!
Food was as expected! Great! Although I am not sure how they expected me to eat it because I wasnt provided with utensils! Luckily the hotel was able to provide them for me.
