Contribuisci feedbackThe service here is terrible. We waited 35 minutes to sit. Only the hostess ONCE in the 35 minutes. They automatically add a 20% size. And the service has not granted this amount. Once, it was always for us to make an order. I have to find the waitress every time for drinking refills. They're under servants. It was a while. I won't return. Food prices have risen and food is not so good to guarantee these prices.
I took my husband for dinner for his birthday and it was wonderful! The food was sooo good and it was funny when the cook made an onion volcano for him!! We'll go back.
There was hardly anyone in the restaurant. Half of their menu is sushi, and yet they had no sushi. The waiter was very soft, and he did an OK job, but you could say he had no enthusiasm. I guess it's more of the atmosphere of this restaurant, not he personally, there was just no energy in it. Apparently, they changed property. I was there a long time ago and that was a much different experience. I don't want to go back, it's also very overpriced and they add up in 20% as a service fee, so I don't have any extra tip.
Very short employees rushed to order us and let us wait very long. No entertainment value.
They treat their cooks terrible. Our cook accidentally added a shrimp appetizer to one of our plates. Let’s be clear this is TWO shrimp. The head cook made him take the shrimp off our plate!!! When I questioned why I was told we didnt pay for that. As I pressed further we were also told our cook was going to have to pay for them for TWO SHRIMP! We asked to put those on our bill so the cook didn’t have to pay for them. We were charged SEVEN dollars for two shrimp. Terrible. After seeing a glimpse of how they treat their employees we will NOT be going back.
