Umami - Bellevue

Can you believe how perfect this place is?! Our server, Matt, was absolutely incredible. He made sure we were always satisfied and taken care of. The sushi here is truly top of the line. We will definitely be returning, I am already looking forward to it!

We arrived at 7:00 PM on a Saturday night. The restaurant appeared to be busy, but it did not impact the efficiency of our service or the deliciousness of our food! We ordered about seven sushi rolls, along with an appetizer and soup. Our food arrived within the 20-minute timeframe they had estimated. They kindly provided us with extra ginger and wasabi, as requested, and our order was accurate. The skill and quality at this restaurant are excellent. We will definitely be returning!
