Manager is very defensive and overwhelmed by his tasks at hand. Food is either rushed under done quesadilla was only awarm at best it didn't even close. Fries were so hard they were either bottom of remake or warm remake.
The wait staff is very nice and food came in a timely manner. Unfortunately the chips are pure salt and the salsa is very watery. The rest of the food was sub-par with some of it being super bland and some of it being okay. The ribs are a safeoption, it?s the only thing we actually liked.
I have to be honest for the improvementof the franchise and not my own amusement. I'vebeen attached to the food service industry for 21yrs, i just care. With that being said, I just wasnt impressed. I asked for tequila and lime juice in as a shooter, wasgiven a pint glass that tasted a lot more lime juice than a blend. Shrimp/Chicken fajita was strangely not sizzling upon beingserved plate (was not served silverware until i requested it). Cheese was hard as of it was sitting out for a bit. Food was okat best, just feel a bit jipped honestly
It's not usual to have a perfect steak at a Chili's but this one was delicious. A medium ribeye (almost forgot to take a picture) with loaded mash and steamed broccoli. It was busy but the service was great. The staff seemed to be busy but Iattribute that to most places being short staffed. They did a fantastic job.
Excellent service, $6 drinks for August 5/5, great food.
