El Agave Mexican - Bellingham

Stopped here for lunch since we loved the one in downtown Bellingham. While the food was okay, it wasn't as good as the one downtown.

The food was ok . Atmosphere not so much the dining room was totally empty and chilly, with cheap corona beer flags all over, I was overcharged as the tip was applied to my card even though I left cash on the table for the waiter making the check 72 dollars for two fajita plates and a single drink. Shoulda just gone to Taco Bell and saved a 50.

My parents absolutely love this place. They go there at least 2-3 times a week. The staff is like family to them, they know their orders by heart and welcome all their family in as if extended family. It's a very nice restaurant. The hill to get in and out is a bit much, minor detail. Other than that, it's a nice cozy little restaurant.

The tricolor enchiladas were amazing. Each sauce was something special.

We live on the other side of town and El Agave is our go to Mexican food!! The food is consistently delicious! Thank you El Agave!!
