Fujisan Sushi - Bellingham

It's difficult to go wrong with a cucumber avocado roll, but this one was outstanding!

The restaurant offers fantastic vegan options! For appetizers, you can enjoy edamame, kimchi, house salad, and sea salad. They also serve a vegan ramen (just ask for it without the egg) and several vegetarian rolls. I'm not certain if the miso soup is vegan, but I will provide an update if I find out.

Excellent sushi at an unbeatable price! The salmon rolls were massive and packed with filling. It’s usually tough to feel satisfied after sushi, but two rolls left me fully satisfied. The staff was friendly and professional, which added to the overall experience. An added bonus was the availability of gluten-free soy sauce.

I'm absolutely in love with Fujisan Sushi! I always order their tiger roll, and recently I've started trying their eel urumaki roll, which is also fantastic. If I could, I would give it a perfect 10 stars!

Without a doubt, this is the best sushi and ramen in Bellingham. It would hold its own even in cities with a much higher culinary standard. The dishes are fresh, skillfully prepared, and feature intriguing options, all within a charming atmosphere when dining in is an option. This place is not to be missed.
